In Paropida, a dystopian and obsessive environment dominated by violence, greed, and war, the unchecked expansion of industry has depleted every natural resource. Reserves are running out, and in their struggle to survive, people turn to every form of absurdity.

Some seek salvation in nature and in lost knowledge. Their search leads them to observe other cultures, closely connected to the nature· cultures they once dismissed as "underdeveloped," "savage," and "illiterate."

But how can they truly understand them?

There is no writing. Their knowledge is embodied, transmitted through traditions, customs, and art. As a conduit, they choose empathy: a mental experiential transition,  symbolically titled "eidōLeía."

Στην Paropida, ένα δυστοπικό και εμμονικό περιβάλλον όπου κυριαρχούν η βία, η απληστία και ο πόλεμος, η υπερανάπτυξη της βιομηχανίας έχει κατασπαταλήσει κάθε φυσικό πόρο. Τα αποθέματα εξαντλούνται και οι άνθρωποι, στην προσπάθεια να επιβιώσουν, καταφεύγουν σε κάθε μορφή παραλογισμού.

Κάποιοι αναζητούν σωτηρία στη φύση, στη χαμένη γνώση. Η έρευνά τους οδηγεί στην παρατήρηση άλλων πολιτισμών άμεσα συνδεδεμένων με τη φύση_πολιτισμών που μέχρι πρότινος θεωρούσαν 'υπανάπτυκτους', 'άγριους' και 'αγράμματους'. Πως όμως θα καταφέρουν να τους κατανοήσουν; Γραφή δεν υπάρχει, η γνώση τους είναι βιωματική και μεταφέρεται μέσω των παραδόσεων, των εθίμων και της τέχνης. Ως δίαυλο επιλέγουν την ενσυναίσθηση, μια νοερή βιωματική μετάβαση στην οποία συμβολικά δίνουν τον τίτλο ''ειδωΛεία"».

From Thematic Cycle "Finding eidoLeia"

eidoLeia is a place without location, somewhere between the sun and the moon, the earth and the sky. There are no exact details about when humans first settled there, only indications.

The myth says that the first inhabitants were the proto-humans, the ever-moving eidoLeians, a group of self-exiled individuals from the place called Paropida. Their survival was based on observing nature, and their civilization developed slowly, respecting the biodiversity of the area. They followed the animals, learned to coexist alongside them, and understood the virtues of each species. Each generation learned from the previous one and harmonized better with the environment. They cultivated their senses, developed new ones, and understood nature as an indivisible whole, which they named ωόν (oón).

Η ειδωΛεια είναι ένας τόπος άτοπος κάπου ανάμεσα στον ήλιο και τη σελήνη, τη γη και τον ουρανό. Δεν υπάρχουν ακριβή στοιχεία για το πότε εγκαταστάθηκαν εκεί οι άνθρωποι παρά μόνο ενδείξεις. Ο μύθος λέει πως αρχικά εγκαταστάθηκαν οι πρωτάνθρωποι, οι αεικίνητοι ειδωΛείς, μια ομάδα αυτοεξόριστων από τον τόπο Paropida. Η επιβίωση τους βασίστηκε στην παρατήρηση της φύσης και ο πολιτισμός τους αναπτύχθηκε αργά σεβόμενος τη βιοποικιλότητα της περιοχής. Ακολούθησαν τα ζώα, έμαθαν να συμβιώνουν πλάι τους και αντιλήφθηκαν τα προτερήματα κάθε είδους. Κάθε γενιά μάθαινε από την προηγούμενη και εναρμονίζονταν καλύτερα με το περιβάλλον. Καλλιέργησαν τις αισθήσεις τους, ανέπτυξαν νέες και κατανόησαν τη φύση ως ένα αδιαίρετο σύνολο το οποίο ονόμασαν ωόν.

As soon as they 'set foot' in eidoLeia, they found themselves exposed to the awkwardness of this dual feeling of familiarity and insecurity, serenity and restlessness, searching and patience, which some called déjà vu, others ya visto, allerede sett... and some others premonition. Surrendered to the magic of the moment, this sacred choreography that tames the body and stimulates the senses in the endless dance of creation, they extended their hands into the circle and listened to the footsteps of attraction. And this light... this uninterrupted light that flows and reveals the primal textures of the search and the pure tone of the colors.

Με το που 'πάτησαν το πόδι τους' στην ειδωΛεία βρέθηκαν εκτεθειμένοι στην αμηχανία αυτού του δυικού συναισθήματος οικειότητας και ανασφάλειας, γαλήνης και αδημονίας, αναζήτησης και καρτερικότητας, που κάποιοι το ονόμασαν deja vu, άλλοι ya visto, allerede sett .. και κάποιοι άλλοι προμνησία. Παραδομένοι στη μαγεία της στιγμής, αυτής της ιερής χορογραφίας που τιθασεύει το σώμα και διεγείρει τις αισθήσεις στον ατέρμονο χορό της δημιουργίας, προέκτειναν τα χέρια τους στον κύκλο και αφουγκράστηκαν τον βηματισμό της έλξης. Και αυτό το φως.. αυτό το αδιάλειπτο φως που ρέει και αποκαλύπτει τις πρωτόλειες υφές της αναζήτησης και τον καθαρό τόνο των χρωμάτων.
